Verdigris Gardens is designed to complement nearby award winning Claremont Court, which was completed in 2010. A peaceful enclave in the heart of a vibrant community, Verdigris Gardens is a carefully proportioned development, bringing together outstanding design and advanced construction.

 

Open, light and active, the buildings are articulated through variations in height, mass and external materials. Each element responds to the surrounding context and contributes to the variety and richness of the area. Built and landscaped to high standards, Verdigris Gardens aims to create a sense of localised identity for its residents.

 

The facades use a variety of attractive bespoke materials including blue faced engineering brick, copper and cedar cladding plus glass, all creating games of reflection and light absorption across the surfaces of the building, and animating the whole streetscape.

 

THE ROOF GARDENS

 

Verdigris Gardens has two extensive green roof spaces, richly planted and available for occupiers enjoyment. These private gardens combine ground cover, shrubs, trees, grasses, seating and pathways to create a relaxing and healthy space and enhance the environmental sustainability of the whole development.
